Resignation After Acceptance. An employee who accepts a contract (via letter of intent or an offer of employment) from NCSD who resigns 30 days prior to the first teacher work day of the upcoming school year shall not be penalized. An employee who fails to render a thirty day notice shall be subject to the penalties of Article 6-3.1.
