Resident Screening. A grantee is permitted to implement a screening process which utilizes a resident advisory board and/or advisory board. However, a grantee must establish objective and reasonable criteria to determine if an applicant is likely to be a suitable resident and must develop adequate procedures to verify information concerning each applicant.
