Section 202 Conversion Plan. As applicable, the Grantee agrees to comply with the Section 202 Requirements, as described in Article III(D)(1)(c), with respect to the Development or other properties assisted under this Grant Agreement that are subject to Mandatory Conversion. Information provided in the Grantee's approved Revitalization Plan shall constitute an acceptable Section 202 Mandatory Conversion Plan.
