Resident Choreographer Sample Clauses

The Resident Choreographer clause designates an individual or entity as the primary choreographer for a production or organization. This clause typically outlines the scope of the choreographer's responsibilities, such as creating, teaching, and maintaining choreography for performances, and may specify the duration of their engagement or any exclusivity requirements. By clearly defining the role and expectations of the resident choreographer, this clause ensures consistent artistic direction and helps prevent disputes over creative control or credit within the production.
