Common use of Residence Fees Clause in Contracts

Residence Fees. Residence Fees include accommodation from 8:00a.m. on Move In Day as outlined in Section 3.0, until 24 hours following the Resident’s final first term exam in December 2016 or to the beginning of the Mid-Year Break on December 17, 2016, whichever is earlier; and from January 7, 2017 to 24 hours after the Resident’s final exam in April 2017, or 12:00p.m. noon on April 29, 2017, the final day of the Agreement period, whichever is earlier. Residents who are offered a space in Residence AFTER September 9, 2016 for Academic Year or Fall Term, or after January 16, 2017 for the Winter Term, will be charged a pro-rated fee and the move in date will be stipulated in a separate email from the Residence Office.
