Reserved Area. To the extent consistent with the nondiscriminatory terms of any concession agreement the Port may enter into with any Non-RAC Concessionaire for the operation of a concession in the Consolidated Rental Car Facility, the Facility Manager may ▇▇▇▇ the Non-RAC Concessionaire for any Utilities Costs associated with the operations of such Non-RAC Concessionaire. Any such billing shall be done in a manner consistent with the method utilized by the Facility Operator for billing the Operators; provided, however, in no event shall the manager be inconsistent with the nondiscriminatory terms of the concession agreement between the Port and the Non-RAC Concessionaire.
