Common use of Reserve Engineer Letters Clause in Contracts

The Representative shall have received letters, dated the Closing Date and addressed to the Underwriters, from the Company Engineers and the Permian Basin Assets Engineers, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representative and counsel for the Underwriters.
