Common use of Reserve Engineer Letters Clause in Contracts

Reserve Engineer Letters. The Initial Purchasers shall have received letters, dated the Closing Date and addressed to the Initial Purchasers, from Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx & Associates, Inc. and Xxxxx Xxxxx Company, L. P., each an independent petroleum engineering firm for the Company, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representative and counsel for the Initial Purchasers.

Reserve Engineer Letters. The Initial Purchasers shall have received letters, dated the Closing Date and addressed to the Initial Purchasers, from Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx & Associates, Inc. and Inc., Xxxxx Xxxxx Company, L. P.P. and Xxx Xxxxxxx & Associates, Inc., each an independent petroleum engineering firm for the Company, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representative and counsel for the Initial Purchasers.

Reserve Engineer Letters. P.Schlumberger Data & Consulting Services, each an independent petroleum engineering firm for with respect to the CompanyCompany and/or its subsidiaries, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representative Initial Purchasers and counsel for the Initial Purchasers.

The Initial Purchasers shall have received letters, dated the Closing Date and addressed to the Initial Purchasers, from Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx & Associates, Inc. and Inc., Xxxxx Xxxxx Company, L. P.Company and Xxx Xxxxxxx & Associates, each an independent petroleum engineering firm for the Company, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representative and counsel for the Initial Purchasers.

P.Xxx Xxxxxxx & Associates, each an independent petroleum engineering firm firm, for the Company, for CEI Bristol Acquisition, L.P. and for and Calumet Oil Company and subsidiary and JMG Oil & Gas, LP, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representative Initial Purchasers and counsel for the Initial Purchasers.
