Common use of Reseller Orders Clause in Contracts

Reseller Orders. For any Orders placed through a Reseller, Customer acknowledges and agrees that (i) Lacework may share information with such Reseller related to Customer’s use and consumption of the Service for account management and billing purposes; and (ii) Reseller is not authorized to make any changes to this Agreement or to make any commitments of any kind on behalf of Lacework.
