Research Proposal. 1. Offers shall be made in the form of a research proposal. A research proposal shall be made in writing and shall in any event contain a description of the research, the number of respondents, a description of the questionnaire, the sample and other fieldwork specifications, the method of analysis and reporting. A research proposal shall contain a statement of the expected duration of the research.
