Common use of Research and Experimental Expenses Clause in Contracts

Research and Experimental Expenses. Sellers will furnish to the Purchaser as soon as reasonably practicable, but in no event more than 180 days after Closing, at Seller's cost and expense, all information reasonably requested relating to the base period research expenses and any other information to allow Purchaser to claim research and experimental credits in accordance with the relevant sections of the Code and Treasury Regulations promulgated thereunder.
