All payments under this Agreement will be made without any deduction or withholding for or on account of any Tax (including a deduction or withholding by any of the members of Party B in respect of a payment made by Party B) unless such deduction or withholding is required (including, for the avoidance of doubt, if such deduction or withholding is required in order for the payer to obtain relief from Tax) by any applicable law, as modified by the practice of any relevant governmental revenue authority, then in effect.
