REQUIRED USE OF AMERICAN IRON. STEEL, AND MANUFACTURED GOODS — SECTION 1605 OF THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 If the Recipient determines at any time that any construction, alteration, or repair activity on a public building or public works will be performed during the course of the project, the Recipient shall notify the Contracting Officer prior to commencing such work and the following provisions shall apply.
