Common use of Required Time Commitment Clause in Contracts

Required Time Commitment. The Executive agrees to devote at least thirty-five (35) hours per week to the performance of the business of the Company and its affiliates. Executive and Company acknowledge that Executive is a frequent traveler and that he performs a substantial part of his duties while away from the Company offices (both electronically and otherwise), and that such work time away from the Company offices shall be counted towards the foregoing thirty-five (35) hour required time commitment.
