Common use of Required Policy Provisions Clause in Contracts

Required Policy Provisions. Each policy required herein this Agreement must provide that: The policy is primary and non-contributory with any insurance or self-insurance programs carried or administered by the State of California, the Judicial Council of California, State’s trial courts, or appellate courts. The policy shall apply separately to each insured against whom a claim is made and/or a lawsuit is brought, except with respect to the limits of the insurer's liability. The Consultant will provide the Judicial Council with thirty (30) days’ advance written notice of any change or cancellation, mailed to the following address (with a copy to the Judicial Council Business Services and to all Judicial Council Project Managers named in authorized and active Service Work Orders): Office – Risk Management Judicial Council of California 000 Xxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxx, 0xx Xxxxx Xxx Xxxxxxxxx, XX 00000 The insurer waives any and all rights of subrogation against the State of California, the Judicial Council of California, State’s trial courts, appellate courts, justices, judges, subordinate judicial officers, court executive officers, court administrators, and any and all of their officers, agents, representatives, volunteers or employees except for Professional Liability coverage.
