Required Policy Provisions. Each policy must provide, as follows: (i) the policy is primary and non- contributory with any insurance or self-insurance maintained by Judicial Branch Entities and Judicial Branch Personnel, and the basic coverage insurer waives any and all rights of subrogation against Judicial Branch Entities and Judicial Branch Personnel; (ii) the insurance applies separately to each insured against whom a claim is made or a lawsuit is brought, to the limits of the insurer’s liability; and
