Required Payments to Employees. Contractor shall promptly pay as required by Law or contract, all bonuses and holiday pay to its employees, as well as any other governmentally required health benefit, labor, net profits or other employee benefit payments. Contractor shall maintain, and promptly pay the premium for any governmentally imposed insurance programs or benefits for its employees.
