Required Facility Documents. All Required Facility Documents are set forth in Exhibit C attached hereto. To Seller’s knowledge, no unusual or burdensome conditions are expected by Seller to be placed upon, or created by, any of the Required Facility Documents. The anticipated use of the Facility complies with all applicable restrictive covenants affecting the Premises and all Requirements of Law. The representation made in this Section 3.2.8 shall be deemed to be given throughout the entire Term.
