The Operating Procedures and Compliance clause establishes the standards and protocols that parties must follow in conducting their activities under the agreement. Operating Procedures and Compliance. 6.4.1 Without limiting the generality of Section 6.2, during the Term, the Parties shall observe the Operating Procedures.
