Required Events and Cooperation by Parties. 2.1 For purposes of this Settlement Agreement and the proceedings contemplated herein, the Settling Parties stipulate and agree that the Representative Plaintiffs shall be appointed to represent the Settlement Class and Class Counsel shall be appointed to represent the Settlement Class.
