Required Certificate Clause Samples
The Required Certificate clause mandates that a party must provide specific certificates, typically as proof of insurance coverage or compliance with certain standards. In practice, this means the party must obtain and submit documentation—such as insurance certificates—demonstrating that they meet the contractual requirements before commencing work or during the contract term. This clause ensures that the other party can verify compliance and manage risk by confirming that adequate protections or qualifications are in place.
Required Certificate. When requested by the Chief, after each thirty (30) days of injury leave, a member shall submit to the Chief a certificate from a physician verifying proper use of injury leave and providing an estimated date of return to work, if known.
