Common use of Requests for Personal Information Clause in Contracts

Requests for Personal Information. Performance evaluations, letters of direction and certain other personal data are generally not considered to be public information. The District will not grant public access to this type of information without the specific written agreement of the named employee, except where it is required to do so by law or court order. If a specific written request for performance evaluations and other generally non-disclosable data is received, the District will notify the individual(s) whose data is requested, as soon as possible. If the District intends to disclose the information, the employee shall be notified in writing and given ten (10) working days in which to enjoin the District from disclosure.
