REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION OR APPROVAL. 43.1. From time to time as the Work progresses and in the sequence indicated by the approved progress schedule (if required), the Contractor shall submit to the Project Manager a specific request in writing for each item of information or approval required by the Contractor. These requests shall state the latest date upon which the information or approval is actually required by the Contractor, and shall be submitted in a reasonable time in advance thereof to provide the Project Manager a sufficient time to act upon such submissions, or any necessary re- submissions thereof.
