Requesting Boarding. An employee may request boarding, and the Department will consider it, when the employee believes the duties of the position have changed significantly since any previous boarding. The employee will provide as much information as he/she is able to provide concerning those changes, to include but not limited to, the changed duties as compared to the employee’s qualification standards as the employee understands them, and time spent in the assignment driven work above the full performance level, when the request for boarding is made.

  • Requesting that District employee(s) evaluate the Consultant and the Consultant’s employees and subcontractors and each of their performance.

  • NOTICE BOARD (a) A notice board shall be provided for the posting of all official Union notices exclusively, and will not be used for the purpose of disseminating political information. The right is reserved to the Company to request the removal of material offensive to the Company.   • Request for Hearing The employee must file a written request for hearing within fifteen calendar days of receipt of the Notice of Dismissal or Suspension. Filing means receipt in the office designated no later than regular close of business on the last day of the filing period. Failure to file such request in a timely manner shall be deemed a waiver of the right to a hearing and the proposed action shall be effective upon action by the Governing Board without notice or hearing except as may be required in a board meeting agenda.

  • APPENDIX B – INDEPENDENT ASSESSMENT COMMITTEE CHAIRPERSONS Note: The parties agree to meet to discuss the following Independent Assessment Committee Chairpersons. The parties agree to revise and update the list to ensure that an adequate number of Chairpersons are available. If the parties are unable to reach agreement on the revised list, Arbitrator ▇▇▇▇▇ will remain seized to resolve the dispute.

  • Request A request to submit a grievance to arbitration must be in writing, signed by the aggrieved party, and such request must be filed in the office of the Superintendent within ten (10) days following the decision in Level III of the grievance procedure.
