Request for Written Statement. A unit member may request of the President or designee a conference or a written statement regarding reason(s) for the involuntary transfer. Such reason(s) shall not be subject to the grievance procedures included in this Agreement.
Request for Written Statement. Tenant and/or any leasehold mortgagee(s) agree that within ten (10) days after written request by Lessor provided as set forth in Section 14. of this Lease Agreement, to furnish a written statement duly acknowledged that the leasehold mortgage(s) is in full force and effect and that Tenant is not in default thereunder or with the lapse of time, will be in default thereunder. If there is a default, estoppel certificate shall specify the nature thereof claimed by leasehold mortgagee(s).
