Request for Funds. The District agrees to submit the required and/or necessary documentation to the appropriate funding authorities, State or Federal, to ensure sufficient revenue/expenditure authority to pay MEDSchool Associates North for all allowable costs in the provision of services outlined in this agreement. MEDSchool Associates ▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to submit an invoice to the District on a monthly basis, prospectively, for the provision of services outlined within this Inter-local contract and its attachments. All invoices must be submitted in a format required by the District and shall specify services provided as line item(s) associated to the costs.
