Request for Funds. Owner shall reimburse Broker for all expenses within two (2) business days of being notified of funds needed if expenses are greater than funds received. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ is not able to pay any vendors if the owner’s property account does not have enough funds to cover the invoice.
