Common use of Request for Dues Check Off Clause in Contracts

Request for Dues Check Off. The exclusive representative shall be allowed dues check off for its members, provided that dues check off and the proceeds thereof shall not be allowed to any exclusive representative that has lost its rights to dues check off. Upon receipt of the list of employees authorized for dues deduction from the exclusive representative, the school district will deduct from the employee’s paycheck the dues that the employee has agreed to pay to the employee organization in nineteen (19) installments. Such installments will begin as outlined on the District’s annual Payroll Calendar.
