Request for Debriefing. Upon receipt of the notification, any Proposer whose proposal was not selected or was deemed to be Non-Responsive may submit a written request for a Debriefing via email within three (3) business days of the Department's email to the email address below: Debriefing requests may, in JCOD's sole discretion, be denied if the request is not received within the specified timeframe.
