REPRISALS AND UNFAIR LABOR PRACTICES. 21 The District agrees that they shall not unlawfully discriminate against Classified employees because of 22 their participation or lack of participation in Union activities. The District agrees not to take reprisals 24 et seq. regarding this Agreement, including but not limited to the grievance procedure, classification 25 review, etc. 26 Violations by the District or the Union of rights guaranteed by Government Code Section 3542, et seq.
