Common use of REPRESENTATIVE OF COUNTY AND CONSULTANT Clause in Contracts

REPRESENTATIVE OF COUNTY AND CONSULTANT. The parties recognize that questions in the day-to-day conduct of the Project will arise. The Contract Administrator, upon Consultant's request, shall advise Consultant in writing of one (1) or more County employees to whom all communications pertaining to the day-to-day conduct of the Project shall be addressed. Consultant shall inform the Contract Administrator in writing of Consultant's representative to whom matters involving the conduct of the Project shall be addressed.
