REPRESENTATIVE OF COUNTY AND CONSULTANT. (a) It is recognized that questions in the day-to-day conduct of the Project will arise. The Contract Administrator, upon request by the Consultant, shall designate and shall advise the Consultant in writing, persons to whom all communications pertaining to the day-to-day conduct of the Project shall be addressed.
