Representations and Warranties of WGI and the Stockholders. Except for those representations and warranties expressly set forth in this Article 3, neither WGI nor any Stockholder makes any representations or warranties, express or implied, at law or in equity, of any kind or nature whatsoever concerning the organization, business, assets, liabilities and operations of WGI or any other matter, and any such other representations or warranties are hereby expressly disclaimed in full and for all time.
