Representations and Warranties of Each Transferor Relating to Such Transferor. Each Transferor hereby severally represents and warrants to the Trust (and agrees that the Owner Trustee and the Indenture Trustee may rely on each such representation and warranty in accepting the Receivables and Collateral Certificates in trust under this Agreement or the Indenture, as applicable, and in authenticating the Notes) as of the Execution Date and each Issuance Date (but only if it was a Transferor on such date and only if it was a party to the applicable Related Agreement on such date) that:
