Representation Regarding Authority to Enter Settlement. Plaintiffs’ Attorneys and Plaintiffs’ Settlement Committee represent and warrant that they have the authority to enter and execute this Agreement on behalf of Plaintiffs and Plaintiffs have agreed to be bound by the Agreement’s terms. Plaintiffs’ Attorneys and Plaintiffs’ Settlement Committee covenant that they will take any and all reasonable efforts to discourage and prevent any Plaintiff from challenging any term or condition or the validity or applicability of the Agreement or bringing any claim discharged in Paragraph 4. In the event a Plaintiff does assert any such challenge or claim, Plaintiffs’ Attorneys and Plaintiffs’ Settlement Committee shall cooperate with all reasonable requests of Defendant in defending such challenge or claim.
