REPRESENTATION AND ASSOCIATION SECURITY. 2.01 All references to Officers, Representatives, Committee Members in this Agreement shall be deemed to mean employees of the Corporation who are Officers, Representatives and Committee Members of Public Health, Ontario Nurses’ Association. 2.02 The Corporation agrees to recognize the following representatives of the Association: (a) A Negotiating Committee which shall be composed of a total of four (4) representatives from each of the parties, one of whom shall be Director Human Resources or designate, and one whom shall be the ONA Labour Relations Officer.
