Reporting to the Authority. 4.11.1 The Supplier shall provide reports to the Authority in accordance with this Framework Agreement including, a Business Activity Report (as set out in Framework Schedule 13 Annex 1) and Spend Analysis Reports (as set out in Framework Schedule 13 Annex 2).
Reporting to the Authority. The Company will submit a semi-annual report for Qualified Property acquisitions made from January 1 to June 30 on or before July 31, and for Qualified Property acquisitions made from July 1 to December 31 the semi-annual report will be due on or before January 31 of the immediately following calendar year; the semi-annual report must also meet any other requirement set forth in Section 10035 of Title 4 of the California Code of Regulations. Each semi-annual report will be accompanied by the appropriate Administrative Fee set forth in Section 10036 of Title 4 of the California Code of Regulations.
