Common use of Reporting Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Reporting Responsibilities. The DEVELOPER agrees to submit any and all quarterly reports required by HUD or the CITY to the AGENCY on the following due dates: October 1, January 1, April 1, and July 1, next following the date of this agreement. The AGENCY will send the DEVELOPER one reminder notice if the quarterly report has not been received thirty (30) days after the due date. If the DEVELOPER has not submitted a report thirty (30) days after the date on the reminder notice, the CITY will have the option to terminate the contract as described in this agreement. In addition, the DEVELOPER agrees to provide the AGENCY information as required to determine program eligibility, in meeting national objectives, and financial records pertinent to the project. Additional reporting requirements may be created by the AGENCY and effective when submitted to the DEVELOPER in writing.
