Common use of Reporting Requirements of the Servicer Clause in Contracts

Reporting Requirements of the Servicer. The Servicer hereby agrees that, from and after the Effective Date and until the Termination Date, it shall prepare and deliver or cause to be prepared and delivered to the Administrative Agent and the Managing Agents the financial statements, notices, reports, and other information at the times, to the Persons and in the manner set forth in Annex 7.05.

Reporting Requirements of the Servicer. The Servicer hereby agrees that, from and after the Effective Date and until the Termination Date, it shall prepare and deliver or cause to be prepared and delivered to the Administrative Agent Purchasers and the Managing Agents Administrative Agent, on behalf of the Buyer, the financial statements, notices, reports, and other information set forth in Annex 5.02(a) to the Purchase Agreement at the times, to the Persons and in the manner set forth in Annex 7.055.02(a) of the Purchase Agreement.

The Servicer hereby agrees that, from and after the Effective Date and until the Termination Date, it shall prepare and deliver or cause to be prepared and delivered to the Lenders and the Administrative Agent and the Managing Agents the financial statements, notices, reports, and other information at the times, to the Persons and in the manner set forth in Section 5.02 and Annex 7.055.02(a).

The Servicer hereby agrees that, from and after the Effective Closing Date and until the Termination Date, it shall prepare and deliver or cause to be prepared and delivered to the Lenders and the Administrative Agent and the Managing Agents the financial statements, notices, reports, and other information at the times, to the Persons and in the manner set forth in Annex 7.05.5.04. Section 5.05

The Servicer hereby agrees that, from and after the Effective Closing Date and until the Termination Date, it shall prepare and deliver or cause to be prepared and delivered to the Lenders and the Administrative Agent and the Managing Agents the financial statements, notices, reports, and other information at the times, to the Persons and in the manner set forth in Annex 7.057.08. ARTICLE VIII.

The Servicer hereby agrees that, from and after the Effective Date and until the Termination Date, it shall prepare and deliver or cause to be prepared and delivered to the Administrative Agent and the Managing Agents Lender the financial statements, notices, reports, and other information at the times, to the Persons times and in the manner set forth in Section 5.02 and Annex 7.055.02(a).
