Servicing Reports. Seller shall simultaneously deliver a copy of any reports delivered by Seller to any Person pursuant to the Deferred Servicing Agreements to Purchaser.
Servicing Reports. Seller shall deliver and cause Sub-Servicer to deliver to Buyer and Custodian a monthly remittance report on or before the 15th day of each month containing servicing information, including those fields reasonably requested by Buyer from time to time, on an asset-by-asset and in the aggregate, with respect to the Purchased Assets for the month (or any portion thereof) before the date of such report.
Servicing Reports. As requested by Purchaser from time to time, Seller shall furnish to Purchaser reports in form and scope satisfactory to Purchaser, setting forth (i) data regarding the performance of the individual Mortgage Loans, (ii) a summary report of all Mortgage Loans serviced by the Seller and originated pursuant to an Agency Guide, HUD and/or FHA guidelines (on a portfolio basis), in each case, for the immediately preceding month, including, without limitation, all collections, delinquencies, defaults, defects, claim rates, losses and recoveries, and (iii) any other information reasonably requested by Purchaser.
Servicing Reports. The Seller Representative shall be responsible for submitting a Servicing Report via the PrimeRevenue System to the Administrative Agent on each Reconciliation Date and on the Termination Date; provided, however, and notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, if the PrimeRevenue System is not operational or is otherwise offline on any Reconciliation Date or on the Termination Date, then for such Reconciliation Date or Termination Date, as applicable, the Seller Representative may deliver a Servicing Report to the Administrative Agent in the form of Exhibit A-2, and this Agreement shall be construed and interpreted accordingly, mutatis mutandis.
Servicing Reports. Ocwen shall be responsible for delivering all reports required to be delivered by Servicer pursuant to the Subject Servicing Agreements. Ocwen shall simultaneously deliver a copy of any reports delivered by Ocwen to any Person pursuant to the Subject Servicing Agreements to Servicer. Ocwen shall provide the following reports to Servicer:

Servicing Reports. Borrower shall cause Servicer to deliver to Agent all reports provided to Borrower pursuant to the terms of the Servicing Agreement.
