Common use of Reporting Procedure Clause in Contracts

Reporting Procedure. a. Health and safety concerns shall be reported immediately to the Administrative Officer. b. Recurring health and safety problems which are unresolved shall be reported to the Superintendent and the Health and Safety Committee. c. If the situation is not rectified, the concern may be processed through the grievance procedure.
