Reporting Frequency. During any period of time when the grant award recipient is a subject to the requirement in paragraph 1. of this award term, the grantee must report FAPIIS information through XXX xx less frequently than semiannually following the initial report of any proceedings for the most recent 5-year period, either to report new information about any proceeding(s) that the grantee has not reported previously or affirm that there is no new information to report.
