Reporting Absences. (a) Employees are responsible to report to work on time on each scheduled work day. When an Employee is absent from work, that Employee will notify the supervisor by telephone before the beginning of the work period or as soon as practicable. The Employee shall inform her supervisor of the reason for the absence, the expected time of her return to work, and a phone number where she may be reached in her absence.
