The Introducer must ensure that it and its employees and agents, promptly report to Apollo Markets Representative or such person as Apollo Markets Representative may from time to time determine, at all reasonable times, and provide all information and explanations as Apollo Markets Representative or any person nominated by Apollo Markets Representative may require in connection with matters relating to the Introducer's engagement and the Specified Financial Services.
