Report of Absences. 13.10.1 It is the responsibility of the employee to notify the employee's supervisor as soon as possible, but not later than one (1) hour after reporting time, when an employee cannot report for work because of sudden illness. Failure to provide the requested notice may be grounds for denial of leave with pay or other disciplinary action.
