Report-In Time. Employees who report for work in accordance with their regular schedules, and without previous notice thereof, neither their regularly assigned nor any reasonably comparable work is available will receive not less than four hours pay at the rate applicable had they worked, but this provision shall not be applicable when such unavailability of work is beyond the control of the Company.

This Subsection (b) shall not be applicable where the inability of the Company to supply work is the result of fire, snowstorm, flood, power failure or work stoppage by employees in the same Company location.
Report-In Time. A driver will only need to report for actual driving and safety check time, regardless of the amount of hours he/she is being paid. Driver will check in and out, a.m. and p.m., at the check in board.

As a condition for receiving payment under this policy, employees may be assigned any available work for which they are qualified. This policy shall not be applicable where the inability of the Company to supply work is the result of natural disaster, fire, snowstorm, flood, power failure or other events outside the Company’s control.

  • Call-In Time 17.1 All employees called in, except as provided below, and who report for work shall, if requested to work less than four (4) hours, receive four (4) hours pay at their regular hourly rate.

  • Non-Business Day If any payment of principal or interest on any Loan or of any other Obligation shall fall due on a day which is not a Business Day, interest or fees (as applicable) at the rate, if any, such Loan or other Obligation bears for the period prior to maturity shall continue to accrue on such Obligation from the stated due date thereof to and including the next succeeding Business Day, on which the same shall be payable.
