Common use of Replacement Clause in Contracts

Replacement. Any Registered Debt Security in definitive form that becomes mutilated, destroyed, stolen or lost shall be replaced by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mac at the expense of the Holder upon delivery to the Global Agent of evidence of the destruction, theft or loss thereof, and an indemnity satisfactory to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mac and the Global Agent. Upon the issuance of any substituted Registered Debt Security, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mac or the Global Agent may require the payment by the Holder of a sum sufficient to cover any taxes and expenses connected therewith.

Upon the issuance of any substituted Registered Debt Security, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mac or the Global Agent may require the payment by the Holder of a sum sufficient to cover any taxes and expenses connected therewith.
