Replacement Work. Work repaired or replaced by Supplier pursuant to a warranty claim or due to rejection/non- acceptance shall, unless otherwise provided herein, be subjected by Iron Bow and/or Supplier to the same qualification or acceptance testing as was the Work at the time of the original delivery to Iron Bow.
