Common use of Replacement Work Clause in Contracts

Replacement Work. If the Job Order Contractor is placed in charge of managing the replacement of an insured or uninsured loss not caused by or the fault of the Job Order Contractor or other parties identified in Subsection 5.2(B) above, the Job Order Contractor shall be paid an additional fee in the same proportion that the applicable portion of the Contract Price bears to the estimated applicable Cost of the Work, or as otherwise agreed to by the Parties.

Replacement Work. If the Job Order Contractor is placed in charge of managing the replacement of an insured or uninsured loss not caused by or the fault of the Job Order Contractor or other parties identified in Subsection 5.2(B7.3(B) above, the Job Order Contractor shall be paid an additional fee in the same proportion that the applicable portion of the Contract Price bears to the estimated applicable Cost of the Work, or as otherwise agreed to by the Parties.
