Common use of Replacement Teachers Clause in Contracts

Replacement Teachers. (a) A replacement teacher is a teacher specifically engaged as a result of a teacher proceeding on parental leave. (b) Before an employer engages a replacement teacher under this subclause, the employer shall inform that person of the temporary nature of the employment and of the rights of the teacher who is being replaced.
